This forum is excusively for Tower or "TTT" block decks. These decks can contain only cards from the 4th, 5th, and 6th LOTR TCG sets (The Two Towers, Battle of Helm’s Deep, and Ents of Fangorn).
The Tower block format does not have any other banned or restricted cards.
