Elrond stood. "So decides the fate of the Free Peoples," he said. "The Ring must be destroyed." Muttered disagreements broke out, but Tandros and Telmonar looked pleased, to say the least. After a few minutes’ of quiet talk, Elrond spoke again. "Who will be the one to bear this burden?"
I had to put something here.

Several of the Elves stood up and looked as if they were about to speak, but a smaller figure standing up across the circle caught their attention. It was only a small Hobbit, and his face was grim as he spoke.

Telmonar jumped from his seat and rushed to Gagnut. The Hobbit’s small form was quivering slightly, and sweat beaded his forehead.
I had to put something here.

Gagnut was out cold for about 5 minutes, when he came around, he was still shaking. "An Eye... a horrible eye, watching..." After that, the Wizard knidly dismissed the hobbit to his quarters, and diccussed what had happened.
