Well, you do need to spot a nazgul to use Keening Wail. I like the idea of using Ithil Stone. MoS would work, but I have Enquea+BNaP, and any unassigned  wraiths to use Sense of Obligation with. Sauron is a good idea, but I like using my vitality for Keening Wail.
Dead companions never hurt, but they may not help much either. |
