For starters, dropping about 10 cards or so, at least! Try what we did with the Elven Archery deck, strip it to the core, what you REALLY need for your strategy. Forget about "Oh, but this companion looks neat in this build", unless he’s NECESSARY for the strategy. Same goes for events, conditions, possessions, etc. Then, let me know what the skeleton is. We can take it from there.
I don't like YOU.

Why that denethor? He is not very good at all, I suggest you drop him to slim down the deck a bit.

You need focus. Gondor Fort. is a very good deck, I like it a lot, but you need to think “what am I want from this guys?” Start reducing this deck . To 33 or 35.
Take off Denethor and Hallbarad, they’re useless here.
Add Boromir, Hero of Osgiliath to heal your people with the Banners
Add Elendil, High-king of Gondor, a great companion
Change 1 Gondor Still Stand for 1 Catapult
Take off 2 City Wall
Gondor Bowmen is a great card, but, unless your focus to wound the minions BEFORE skirmish, take off.
I don’t have time now, but I’ll be back as soon as I can. Wink

Seems better, but is still large.
Keep this in mind: Put the fortifications that reduce monion’s vit. or exaust them and use gondor bow to wipe out those minions and you still have Men of Numenor.
Change those City Wall for 1 Stone Tower and 2 Citadel of the Stars.
And take off those Coat of Mail, with all fort. and stuff, you won’t need it.

Maybe, if you have, think about Narsil, Blade of the Faithful and Scroll of Isildur. Corruption decks is all around these days.
Hope this help Wink

If you want to cut down on cost put in a couple copies of strong and old. In my version I only play 3 copies of fifth level and city wall. I also play ingold in case I need him to use the gondor bows. You do need more copies of those as they are priceless in the fort strategy. I don’t use any events in mine either but these are just some thoughts.
