    Up the twilight cost or dump some of those abilites. And add "until the regroup phase" to the each time abitlity. You probably don’t need the Skirmish ability, IMO.

 Ummmm you still cant bear both of them, since they are unique. And lowering twilight cost does you no good once he’s already played.
