Actually, I just picked up my first Magic cards on Monday. I’ve known how to play for years (and when I *did* play with borrowed cards I usually won, hehe), but up until now I haven’t had funds to devote.

Now that LotR is done with and SW Minis is becoming too expensive, my college ’salary’ is opening up to the idea of me finally becoming a Magician.

To answer your question, I bought the Snowscape starter from Coldsnap and have been souping it up since then. After that, I’m going to work on a sweet-butt green tank deck.

And to keep this thread on topic:
