Finally got around to it! Here are the cards:

12 •Scatha, of the Grey Mountains [Dragon]

Site: 9
Enduring.
This minion comes into play exausted.
Manuever: Discard Scatha to wound each Archer once (or twice if you can spot a dwarf).

8 •Smaug, Eater of Flesh [Dragon]
Minion•Dragon
Strength 15
Vitality:5
Enduring. Fierce.
Skirmish: Heal Smog twice to discard a Artifact or possession borne by a companion Smaug is skirmishing.

7 Dragon Of the Shadows [Dragon]
Minion•Dragon
Strength:13
Vitality :3
Enduring.
You may wound a companion to heal a [Dragon] minion twice.
Manuever: Each wounded dragon is fierce until the regroup phase

2 Dragon Scale [Dragon]
Possession
Vitality: +2
Bearer must be a [Dragon] minion.
Each time bearer is about to take a wound, add a burden instead.

2 My Teeth Are Like Swords [Dragon]
Condition•Support Area
While you can spot six companions, each [dragon] minion is strength +2.
Skirmish: Discard this condition to wound a Dwarven or a [dragon] minion.

SoP:

11 •Smaug, Dragon of the Lonely Mountain [Dragon]
Minion • Dragon
Strength: 18
Vitality: 4
Site Number: 6
Damage +1. Fierce.
Smaug is strength -1 for each other minion you can spot. If Smaug is about to overwhelm a companion in a skirmish, wound an unbound companion twice.
Smaug had destroyed the inhabits of the lonely mountain and claimed it, and its treasure hoards as his own

7•Deadly Dragon [dragon]
Minion • Dragon
strength: 14
Vitality: 3
Site Number: 5
Damage +1. Fierce.
Archery:
Exert this minion to make the free peoples player choose to add a burden or 2 threats.
A dragon was a fierce, and deadly adversary in battle

6 Dragon of Morgoth [dragon]
Minion • Dragon
Strength: 12
Vitality: 3
Site Number: 5
Fierce.
When you play this minion, you may add 2 and exert it to make it gain archer or Damage +1 until the regroup phase.
Morgoth employed dragons in the final battle of the first age

0 Smaug’s lair [site] Shire
Site
Shadow: Exert a minion to play Smaug from your draw deck or discard pile, his twilight cost is -2 for each artifact you can spot.

Condition • Support Area
Each unique Dragon is strength +1. Maneuver: If there are no minions in play, discard this condition to play a dragon from your discard pile, its twilight cost is -2.
Smaug was the last of the Dragon’s of old

2 Dragon Flame [Dragon]
Event • Archery
Exert a dragon to wound an unbound companion. Wound that companion again for each other dragon you can spot.

Vitality: 5

Damage +1. Fierce.
When you play Glaurung, you may discard any amount of [Dragon] cards from hand to make Glaurung’s twilight cost -2 for each card discarded.
Each time Glaurung wins a skirmish, add 2 threats.

8 Worm of Morgoth [Dragon]
Minion • Dragon
Strength: 16
Vitality: 4
Site Number: 6
Damage +1. Fierce.
To play, spot a [Dragon] card.
This minion is twilight cost -1 for each threat you can spot (limit -4).

1 •Unquenchable Flames [Dragon]
Condition • Support Area
Each time a Dragon is about to win a skirmish, you may cancel that skirmish to add 2 threats. Skirmish: Exert a Dragon, remove a threat, and discard this condition to exert a companion.

0 Reckless in His Rage [Dragon]
Event • Skirmish
Exert a Dragon twice to choose to either make him strength +3, or strength +1 for each threat you can spot.

0 Smaug’s Lair [Site]
Mountain. Each time you play a Dragon, add a threat (or 3 threats if that Dragon is Smaug).

While at an underground site, exert Dragon of the underworld to wound a companion.
If Dragon of the Underworld wins a skirmish, exert him to make him fierce until the regroup phase.

3 Treasure Gatherer Moria

Skirmish: Exhaust Follower of the Dragon, to exhaust a companion.

2 Fear of the Dragons Moria

Make a companion skirmishing a Dragon strength –2 until the regroup phase.

3 Great Gold Horde Moria
Condition • Support area
Each time a Dragon wins a skirmish, place a Moria token on this card.
Shadow: Add 2 for each token on this card. Discard this condition.

Maneuver: Exert a Fire-Breather to transfer this from your support area to a companion. Each time bearer is assigned to a skirmish, add a threat. (limit 1 per bearer)
“…the lake rippled red as fire beneath the awful beating of his wings.”

4 Black Blood [Dragon]
Event • Assignment
Exert a dragon twice to exert a companion, and make that companion unable to be assigned to a skirmish until the regroup phase.
“Then he wrenched out the sword, and even as he did so, a spout of black blood followed it, and fell upon his hand, and his flesh was burned by the venom, so that he cried aloud at the pain.”

1 The Last Desert [Site]
The twilight cost of each [Dragon] minion is -1.
Were-worms may not take wounds (except during the skirmish phase).

Corvus:

14 • Glaurung, The First Dragon Of The Enemy Sauron
Minion • Dragon
Strength: 20
Vitality: 5
Site number: 5
Fierce. Damage +1.
For each Dragon you can spot, Glaurung is strength +1.
Assignment: Exert 3 dragons or Glaurung twice, to make a companion recistance -4 and gain Unhasty until the end of the turn.
Fearless, Turin opened his eyes as he raised his blade; and immeiately he fell under the paralyzing beauty of the dragon’s lidless eyes, and stood there standing.


10 • Ancalagon, The First Dragon On Wings Sauron
Minion • Dragon
Strength: 18
Vitality: 6
Site Number: 5
Fierce. Damage +2.
Maneuver: Exert Ancalagon to make the free peoples player discard a card from hand, or exert a companion.
Not even the host of the Valar could stop the dragons’ fierce attack under Ancalagon’s command.

5 Great Dragon of the North Sauron
Minion • Dragon
Strength: 12
Vitality: 3
Site Number: 5
Fierce.
While you can spot 2 free peoples cultures, this minion is strength +2.
While you can spot 3 free peoples cultures, this minion is damage +1.
"Most of the dragons, fled to the northern wastes. There. their descendants the wyrms were said to prosper. "

2 • Devilry on Wings Sauron
Condition • Support Area
To play, spot 3 Sauron minions, or a dragon.
For each Dragon you can spot, each companion is resistance -1.
All forces despaired when the enemy let his dragons loose.


1 • Dragon Spell Sauron
Event • Maneuver
Spot a Dragon to make a companion lose all of his or her special abilities until the end of the turn. All special abilities of free peoples cards borne by that character cannot be used.
Even elves of the greatest stature could not recist the dragon spell.

3 Northern Wastes [site]
The Twililight Cost of each dragon played in Northern Wastes is -1.
Each Dragon gains muster and hunter1.

Here are some (personal) reasons for NOT voting for cards:

i think i’ll vote for AC. his cards seemed more balanced than the others, but it was close.
