The new Anduril is actually great.
1) it allows you to bear more than one weapon, unlike FotW
2) it is great against besiegers and Dunlanders
3) it is great against cards such as desperat defence of the ring
a very powerful card, just like all the Andurils. |

I love the new Anduril. Site liberation and discarding conditions off of companions are both powerful abilities that can really help you to win aganist certain decks. The strength bonus, vitality bonus, and damage bonus are nothing to sneeze at either. |

Wow, nice card. And I guess this proves that hunter bonuses stack. |

Hm, I’m becoming very interested in the text of the Gandalf event A New Light:
Spell. Spot a wizard to return a minion to its owner’s hand from its owner’s discard pile. Reveal that Shadow player’s hand and discard a minion from his or her hand.
This card suggests two possible scenarios:
1. Use A New Light to give your opponent back a minion from his discard pile. You can then look through his or her hand and discard a stronger minion.
2. Use A New Light to take back a minion from your own discard pile. Since there is no Shadow player matching that discard pile, the second sentence would be ignored.
So, if I’m understanding the card correctly, it can do something very powerful for your Fellowship, OR something very powerful for your Shadow. It costs only one twilight, and it can be splashed into any deck that runs Gandalf or Radagast.
Yowza!
P.S. -- Has anyone else noticed that whoever’s typing the card list over at Decipher can’t spell? |
