| No, you do not have to pay any twilight cost to transfer Primitive Brand, or when using Hemmed In or Strange-looking Men. The only time you pay twilight costs when transferring items is during the fellowship phase. |

Once more, Bib is right and i am wrong. You do NOT pay costs for transferring.
