They will definitely think about it if you give them 20 twilight more than they’re used to...
Still, you make a good point. It’s very risky, but if you manage to play several of these early and survive, you’ll roll through the rest of the game with no trouble at all. |

Most any half decent shadow if given 15+ twilight on site 2, will massacre you, and if you happen to be playing some nazgul who just stopped roaming, or they can not play anything, discard and hit you on 3 with the large twilight pool they will have. |

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

I actually like this card. Yeah it has its drawbacks, but as I’ve proved to many opponents before, my elves are not scared of adding twilight. Its a decent standard replacement for Alliance Reforged, a card that I love running in my elvent deck. And in elvent decks, you’re bound to pick up at least 1 event with 4 card draws.

Ah hah! But you see, elvents and telepathy CAN rig their topdeck, and legally, too! With healing and card drawing, I’d have no problem moving through sanctuaries. Easy win, I say.
If you’ve got a decent hand to back you up, and can drop 2-3 of this in the first region, I see it as you being pretty much set for the game. |

That’d be true, except for cards like Saruman’s Power, Too Long Have These Peasants Stood, and Tempest of War. |
I had to put something here. |

Only one of which matters if I play standard... and I did say that this could be a standard replacement for Alliance Reforged.
You Do Not Know Fear could also get rid of it. Looks like, of the new cultures, has the most condition discarding, followed by , but that’s mostly with sites...
And still, elvents and telepathy have some other conditions the shadow player could target. Glimpse of Fate and Hope comes, for example. So the little condition removal most Nazgul decks pack won’t be enough (since most nazgul decks are forestgul).
are the main enemy of this card. |
