site control is going with the liberate sites to kill guys strategy. This card is a strength +5 damage +1 pump when you need it.
That being said, its also and rather...um...costly. Why would you liberate one of your precious sites for a strength +2 bonus?
Violent Hurl is better by far...
However, when you move to a hybrid / site control deck, this is the generic pump you need. The best pump for hybrid decks, this card could be used on any uruk-hai. uruk-hai in a besieger deck could use this pump for Pete’s sake! |

Well new isengard card
I don’t get the title, but then finally another good uruk-hai pump! but again we wander into the dangerous territory of liberating sites. Though If i am correct, you have to make the uruk-hai +strength and then activate the nest ability |

I give this a 4. It can be a good pump, since it gives strength +5 and damage +1, but the cost is a bit high and makes it harder to use. |

This card suffers from the same rules problem as You Do Not Know Pain -- you can only liberate sites controlled by an opponent. Some sort of clarification will be needed before this card can work as intended. (Personally I’m rooting for the site-liberation rule itself to be changed, as I can’t think of any reason for that restriction.)
Anyway, assuming it will work as intended, it’s a decent card but I wouldn’t play it over Violent Hurl. As you guys know, I tend to prefer cards that are reliably good over cards that might be great if you pay through the nose for them. |

Exact!!
The Comprehensive Rules 4.0 (page12) say:
liberate:
Only a site that another player control may be liberated. You cannot liberate a site you control. |
