how’s that?
Just to clean it up a little bit:
•Denethor, Bearer of Madness
Companion • Man
Strength: 6
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 3
Denethor is resistance +1 for each knight that you can spot.

Skirmish: Exert Denethor to wound a minion bearing a fortification.
Unlikely you’d ever want to use him as the RB, but I guess that’s the point. Seems okay to me. |

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

his + is that he can reach 5 vitality and then pwn minions who have fortifications, of course gondor bow does that as well but... and he can get high resistance. maybe I should make the assignment text or exert 2 rangers? |

Looks fairly cool, but that skirmish ability might be too much when he’s not the RB. I would change it to:
Skirmish: If Denethor is the Ring-bearer, exert him to wound a minion bearing a fortification. |

you really think so? It think with only 3 resistance(edited to 4 now), and 6 strength he wouldn’t be all that good, but I guess I will add it.
I just realized a problem, with his ability he would work great in solo(in some ways) he only has to exert himself! I am going to change it to discard a gondor condition and an exert. |

Seems balanced, though I have to confess I don’t get the inside joke. |
