whoops about the witch-king, i was making another nazgul then decided to do the witch-king and forgot about the twilight
 
 
 
Now for some dwarfs
 
 
  Dwarven Berserker  
 
Companion - dwarf
 
Strength - 14
 
Vitality - 4
 
Resistance - 6
 
To play, spot 2   companions and add a threat.
 
Regroup: Exert Dwarven Berserker twice and spot another   companion to wound all wounded minions.
 
 
  Gimli, Hewer of Uruk-Hai  
 
Companion - dwarf
 
Strength - 6
 
Vitality - 4
 
Resistance - 6
 
Hunter 1, Damage +1
 
Gimli is strength +2 for each   and   minions you can spot. | 
 
Elfs pwn, need I say more???

 now he is broken like sam, son of hamfast. looking at his stats, go with twilight cost  . and i like the burden removal (gondor needs it), bbbut it should be exert him and add a threat.

At the start of the Skirmish Phase, spot 2    minions to wound a companion skirmishing The Witch-king.
 Skirmish: Exert The Witch-king to make him  Damage +1.
 each time you exert him he will be strength +2 and damage +1. so, that needs to be tweaked.
I have decided to make this a dc set-like thing i guess...  i will be constantly adding cards.  |

 Wow, maybe a little powerful, could be unique. Maybe make the regroup ability add a threat instead of spot a dwarf. If you need to spot 2   comps to play him, then you don’t need to worry about spotting one for the ability, and the threat will add a nice limitation to a very powererful ability.

 Like the idea, but I’m not a fan of raising Gimli’s cost. Make him cost   and "strength +1 for each Uruk-Hai you can spot" instead. |

 Make a minions site number +3 until the regroup phase. Nice, but don’t give it toil.   has some really powerful healing mechanisms, and four copies Citadel of Minas Tirith would ensure enough healing to play him for free easily.

Make a   man strenght +1 for each of the following that it true: he is at site 7, 8, or 9, he is skirmishing an orc, he is unwounded, he is a ranger, you can spot more companions than minions. |

this is WAY over-costed. take a look at tireless. it is a condition, so you can save it for when you need it, and it only costs  . |

  cost should be fine, as macheteman pointed out.
 
 
Also, "site 7, 8, or 9" refers to Fellowship block sites. Did you mean that, or did you mean "any site 7, 8, or 9"? |
