In Bloodlines there are 2 new ringbearers.
 
 
Gandalf, bearer of obligation (13R33)
 
and
 
Sam, bearer of great need (13R156)

kk thanks i dont have a Gimli BoG yet but i will get one some how.  
 
 
so these new companions can bear the one ring or not?   |

Yes, The Gandalf and Sam from Bloodlines can be the ringbearer instead of Frodo.(or Gimli, or Galadriel etc..) |
