 Syndrome, Wretched Disease 
Condition - Support Area
Toil  . Discard Gollum and spot another minion to transfer this to a companion.
Each time the free peoples player assigns bearer to a skirmish, bearer must exert. The shadow player may then exert a Gollum minion to play Syndrome from his draw deck. The shadow player may then remove to transfer that condition to a companion.
"It came from the darkness of the swamps and laid waste to the civilization."

Nice card. I think that the phrasing needs to be different, but its still pretty powerful... |

Just make sure it starts in the support area, like "Condition • Support Area".
Nifty, though awfully powerful. Maybe up the cost to or even  . |
