You might need to change your profile settings. I know that this has happened to one or two other members in the past, and once they edited a couple options it started working again. I think you need to make sure that Always Allow BBCode and Always Allow HTML say "Yes" instead of "No". If that doesn’t work, maybe Cobra knows another way to get it to work.
