No, AP! You’ve joined the ranks who don’t know what ’broken’ means. 
This card is powerful, yes, but it finally gives the Men something to build a deck around.

Cool, but definately not overpowered. It’s good, but it is the only men hand weapon. And even though it’s insane on Grimbeorn, remember a few things: Grimmy can’t be put in a starting fellowship with Gandalf or another Gandy man, and Grimbeorn is only one strong companion. Shelob, Her Ladyship. 
But, it remains good, since it can go on any man, many of whom have exerting texts. |
