Well, looks like I’m whipped, eh? Good one there, AC. Beaten me in two contests now, I see.
Anyways, here’s my votes.
Matchup #1: This one is really tough. Both are good, and have nice abilities. I never really liked the idea of Galadriel as a follower, but I see how it works... and mm’s is cool as well, going back to the good old days of Galadriel, Lady of Light. Its hard... but I’m going to vote for AP. His card is cool, unique and fairly balanced. Cool lore, too. And followers are a nice emerging theme. Sorry, mm, but I did like your card.
Matchup #3: In this one, I’m going to vote for MoS. His Galadriel fits great with telepathy, and I love that fellowship. Menace’s is good for that strategy, too, but it only works against shadows that use culture tokens. So, against anything else, she wouldn’t be much good...
Matchup #4: Wow, another really tough one, and two followers here! CG’s is pretty wordy, but it would fit (and work) on a card without being overloaded or overpowered. The ability works perfectly in and decks, with removing burdens and discarding minions for double-moves. Dain’s card is cool, nice and simple. Drawing cards works well with both and decks as well. But, someone has to win, and I vote for CG. His card is cool and very inventive. Gosh, it was close, though.

mm-best tie-in with both cultures.
AC-same reason, although that gametext could get a little abused in the starting fellowship.
MoS-better implementation of the idea. |

So...weak. Exert and exert to do what? Heal? Strength +1 and resistance +1 for a burden, basically, and if its not , an exertion. Kinda underpowered.

If Galadriel is in your starting fellowship, she is twilight cost -3.
Fellowship: Exert Galadriel to play an elf, that elf is twilight cost -1 for each forest site on the adventure path.
Fellowship: Exert Galadriel and a Wizard to reveal an opponent’s hand.
Somewhat overpowered, easy hand reveal? Bleah. Cuts the entire element of bluffing.

To specific. Interesting lore, however, but I don’t think D would ever use tengwar lore, except on tengwar cards.

Tough to work into your starting fellowship, but possible (2x Lorien Elf). Would have been better with and twilight -3 if not in starting fellowship.
