Not exactly. Eowyn Northwoman is an assignment action. The the Phial of Galadriel Star-Glass is a skirmish action that removes the game text from a minion skirmishing the bearer. You will neverNOLINK be able to affect the card skirmishing the ring bearer since it lost its minion status when it was assigned by Eowyn.
Nice try, but Eowyn makes most of the minion game text useless anyway since it removes the Minion and Race key words and pretty much every event and special ability references those keywords. If they don’t, then the phase that the card can be used is a keyword which gets removed. With no keyword to tell you when the ability can be used, you can’t use the ability. |
