If I put out a bunch of HObbit allies, is Sam Bearer of Great Need +1 resistance for all of them (Bounder, Party Guest)? |

Yes indeed as long as hobbit is the race no matter if its an ally or companion you will get the +1. Thinking of making an expanded ridiculous resistance sam deck? |

There’s so much ally hate now it would be pretty tough, but I think it might be worth a shot if you’re thinking about it. By my count, if you had just one copy of every Hobbit ally and companion (picking one version of characters like Bilbo and Rosie that have both ally AND companion versions, of course), you’re looking at a resistance +16 boost, making a resistance 21 Sam. Try corrupting THAT! |

Yup. That or Westemnet Village or Their Power Is in Terror.
But with some good site manipulation, you could negate Westemnet Village and Anduin Confluence. |

Sort of. I start with the five 1 cost hobbit companions, plus one bounder and one party guest which I can pull with the Dragon. I’ve also got two Salts in there for the unbounds which I can transfer in a pinch.
The heart of the deck though revolves around Measure of Comfort and Sworn COmpanion.
It’s meant to just survive with the Boromir and Faramir hobbit pumpers wading-in late game. I’ll let you know how it goes Sunday night!

I wasn’t sure how often you talked to any of the Matts. |
