I don’t know where you would have read that.
But certainly not in the rulebook.
Frodo, Frenzied Fighter cannot be used as the Ring-bearer. |

| EL is right. Only those with ringed resistance can bear the One Ring and Frodo’s with the ring-bearer keyword MUST bear the One Ring. |
