This is cool, you used Thorin III and Ring of Artifice, which probably the only reasons for a dwarf-discard revival.

Greatest Kingdom of My People is not necessary for this deck IMO. As SoP said, if Orcs are not in your meta, it is worthless.
I did, however, drop a copy of Hand Axe and added 2x Blood Runs Chill.  |

If swarm kills your dwarf deck, then your friend runs one SWEET swarm or you run one lousy deck. Dwarven armor! 
With a dwarven axe and a ring of fury, Gimli is base 10 which means you need 30 strength on the ring-bearer, the equivalent of over two Witch-Kings. You should choke so that the only swarm to kill it would be massive twilight adding swarms. |

I LOATHE NPE decks with a passion but from a non biased point of view the deck is extremely sound AP. Gotta be a high 4. Dont know if i can bring myself to give a discard deck 5!
Anautikus’s idea is a damn good one but you might start making your deck a bit big.
