Spot a Nazgul and remove 3 threats to wound each unwounded companion. The move limit for this turn is -1 (to a minimum of 1).
The sun gleamed red, and under the wings of the Nazgûl the shadows of death fell dark upon the earth.

"regrion" should be "region".

I would drop the cost to and make it strength +1.

this kills IB dead, especially since they have no condition removal.

At first the alternate cost struck me as extremely strong, but there are lots of ways for the shadow to lower resistance.

The price seems a bit steep to me: if you plan on using that extra move, it’s in the regroup phase plus gandy’s gone (or radagast). I suggest

Cool, not sure about the archer bit though, bit too easy to get archer.

While at a forest site, this companion is twilight cost -1. If the fellowship is at a forest site, at the start of each skirmish involving this companion, exert each minion he is skirmishing.
Think this guy is a bit too strong for a generic elf guy. Remove his twilight reduction so he cant start or say exert him to exert the minion.
