Yup, I was thinking about making it say "While a unique Uruk-hai minion bears this possession, skip the maneuver phase." But I wouldn’t design cards that broken. Well ok, sometimes maybe I initially will, but at least I’m straining the cards through the Cobra community before I finalize them.

Uruk-hai minions cannot heal.

Condition
To play, spot an Uruk-hai minion and a threat.

2 Blood-Rusted Shank Uruk-hai

Bearer must be an Uruk-hai uruk-hai.
At the start of each skirmish involving bearer, you may spot an exhausted companion skirmishing bearer to add a threat.

So-so title. I’m not sure if the "to play" wording it quite right...perhaps "to play, you must use [title]’s toil at least twice".
