Hobbits are an amazing culture, especially when you use the ring-bound sort. Add in smeagol, and there’s a lot of path control/choke/skirmish cancelling going on. Not so much PPE.
But an Everyone Knows deck is fun to play against... |

I personally haven’t played against them, but hobbits are fun to play against in general unless they keep on canceling skirmishes!  |
