Mithril Coat
Minion
Probably more so now, but not under-rated when it came out Grima, Wormtongue. Most Gollums are splashable and pretty good too. |

um yeah, i run mithril coat in all 3 of my  decks it’s not underated in my book

Technically not a rare, but still underrated. This guy + Armor is unkillable! HE’S AWESOME! Especially w/ a Forestgul shadow, Ghan-Buri-Ghan takes two  .
In my deck, he has 4x Strange Meeting, Meneldor, Brand, and Gandalf, LotC, meaning that he’s base 16, and that means he takes Saruon AND the Balrog twice and gets off with two wounds. |

eh, I still think Loud and Strong sucks, but one underrated rare would definitely be Abiding Evil.
