If the current site is a dwelling or forest site, exert your Nazgûl to replace that site with your site of the same number.

Cool! Nice start for some Search cards. I think you could even get away with a lower cost. Some for the idea. |

So here’s one to get things started. Enjoy!

Why is it so expensive? The original Nelya used to to do it only for an exertion. Nice card though, especially for enduring nazgul.
Now, a question: should I go back and change a couple of the "Rider in Black" Nazzies ( The Witch-king, Morgul-lord of the Black Riders, Úlairë Khamûl, Shadow of the East, and Lemenya, Nertëa, and Toldëa) to have a tie-in ability to search cards? s to anyone who gives good suggestions on which ones (if any) to do that with (and how, if you have a good suggestion there).
Not sure. You could change your Khamul to when moving on, spot the threats to take a search card into hand from somewhere. Lemenya could make companions lower strength by playing search cards instead. Other than that, I can’t think of much that still fits within the themes on the cards you’ve already established. (if there are search conditions, that’s the witch-king sorted).

underpowered drop cost to 1 and cut the toil. oh and it would be cool to add something to your previous nazzies
Okay, cost dropped to . Not sure why I had it so high originally...I guess I thought it was necessary.
Thanks for the reviews, all! I think I WILL go back and tweak a couple of the Nazzies, as suggested by SoP and Thranduil. Look for them (and another search card or two) soon. |

Okay, I’ve gone back and made changes to some of the non-twilight Nazgûl I already posted. I left the Witch-king and Toldëa alone, but tweaked the following:
•Úlairë Khamûl, Shadow of the East
Minion • Nazgûl
Strength: 11
Vitality: 4
Site: 3
Lurker. Fierce. Hunter 1.
Each time the fellowship moves, you may spot 3 threats or exert Úlairë Khamûl to discard a follower or take a search card into hand from your draw deck or discard pile.
“But as they looked it seemed to move and sway this way and that, as if searching the ground. It then crawled, or went crouching, back into the gloom....”
I simply added the option of the search card to the other two abilities that were already there.
•Úlairë Lemenya, Rider in Black
Minion • Nazgûl
Strength: 9
Vitality: 2
Site: 3
Each mounted Nazgûl gains hunter 1 (or hunter 2 if at a forest site).
Each time you play a mount, you may take a search card into hand from your draw deck.
“As Frodo watched he saw something dark pass across the lighter space between two trees, and then halt. It looked like the black shade of a horse led by a smaller black shadow.”
The second ability is all-new.
•Úlairë Nertëa, Rider in Black
Minion • Nazgûl
Strength: 9
Vitality: 2
Site: 3
Hunter 1.
The twilight cost of each mount and search card is -1.
When you play Úlairë Nertëa, you may add a threat for each mounted Nazgûl you can spot.
“‘It’s from Hobbiton that this here black rider comes, unless there’s more than one. And I know where he’s going to.’”
Here, I just added search cards to his already-existing first ability.
Let me know what you think of the new (improved) guys.
Oh, and here’s a brand new card to go with them.
Close Behind
Event • Maneuver or Regroup
Search.
Exert X mounted Nazgûl to exert X companions.
“He knew of nothing that would prevent them from crossing as easily as he had done; and he felt that it was useless to try to escape over the long uncertain path from the Ford to the edge of Rivendell....” |

Pretty cool. I would say add a limit of three, but if you can actually manage to get more than three mounted out and have this event... you deserve to dish out more exertions. |

My thoughts exactly.
How’re the new Nazgûl? Okay?
I’d rather keep the cost where it is, SoP, since it’s pretty powerful. Unless someone else agrees it should be , of course.... |

I simply added the option of the search card to the other two abilities that were already there.
And now I think there’s too much to it. Take out the ally bit, that’s what anduin confluence is for.
 • Úlairë Lemenya, Rider in Black
Minion • Nazgûl
Strength: 9
Vitality: 2
Site: 3
Hunter 2.
Each companion skirmishing a mounted Nazgûl is strength -1 (or -2 if at a forest site).
Each time you play a mount, you may take a search card into hand from your draw deck.
“As Frodo watched he saw something dark pass across the lighter space between two trees, and then halt. It looked like the black shade of a horse led by a smaller black shadow.”
The second ability is all-new.
Which makes the card too good. Lower the hunter bonus and/or take out the parentheses.
 • Úlairë Nertëa, Rider in Black
Minion • Nazgûl
Strength: 9
Vitality: 2
Site: 3
Hunter 1.
The twilight cost of each mount and search card is -1.
When you play Úlairë Nertëa, you may add a threat for each mounted Nazgûl you can spot.
“‘It’s from Hobbiton that this here black rider comes, unless there’s more than one. And I know where he’s going to.’”
