Putting it as a sanctuary is just cruel. |
All cards do what they say. |

Ugh. Putting this site at a sanctuary screws over the freeps player that doesn’t pack sitepath manipulation. Example, your opponent moves to a sanctuary and you plop out Steward’s Tomb while you’re behind on the sitepath. Their next turn, they can’t heal and move with wounded companions and burden removal cards like Shadowfax, Greatest of the Mearas, Ease the Burden, Pippin, Hobbit of Some Intelligence. Then after their turn is done, you move to it and switch the site with There’s Another Way, Traveled Leader, or even if you’re a site behind it use Well-Traveled, Smeagol, Scout and Guide, Ranger of Westernesse. Replace the tomb and reuse it. Mount Doom will negate all attempts of having to face the tomb again, but that’s really the only defense. A 4 for usefulness, but you can’t help but get annoyed when you can’t heal at a sanctuary. It’s bad enough to get Forced March past a sanctuary, but when you can prevent the freeps from healing in any adventure deck, then that’s just sick. |

The exact same as One of Mount Doom’s site, but available for play in expanded...sweet. |
My Trading List
Popcorn is not gooey like fat, and also not crunchy like potato chips, but crispy like lettuce which makes it a healthy snack. |
