A couple more cards for the Orcs, and then their time is over.

4 •DagorladNOLINK Prowler Orc
Minion • Orc
Strength: 10
Vitality: 3
Site Number: 4
Lurker.
Each time an Orc Orc wins a skirmish, you may place an Orc card from your discard pile on top of your draw deck.

3 DagorladNOLINK Archers Orc
Minion • Orc
Strength: 8
Vitality: 2
Site Number: 4
Archery: Spot another Orc Orc and place this minion on top of your draw deck to make the fellowship archery total -2.

3 Host of Mordor Orc
Event • Maneuver
Exert 3 Orc minions to reveal cards from the top of your draw deck until you reveal a Free Peoples card. Exert an unbound companion for each card revealed in this way. Place the revealed cards in any order on the bottom of your draw deck.

The lurker makes it work. Good stuff. Thumbs Up I think I’d make him unique, though, as otherwise you’re rarely going to be without Orc cards.

Interesting how it affects the opponent’s archery total instead of yours. Nice.

Watch your spacing between "minions" and "to", but otherwise very nifty, especially with the cards you’ve already posted. Thumbs Up

4 •Elrond, Peredhil Elven

Each time Elrond wins a skirmish, you may reinforce an Elven token.
Skirmish: Exert Elrond twice to make a Gondor Man strength +3 for each wound on each minion that Man is skirmishing.

Resistance: 7

Each wounded minion is strength -1.

Make sure to capitalize "Man", and I’d make it just +2 for each wound myself, but otherwise pretty good. Very powerful, but not overly so, I don’t think.

Interesting how it drops the vitality boost. I think it would be okay to put it back in since it’s limited to Gil-galad, but that’s entirely up to you, of course.

Decent. Maybe have it play on any Elf, like the old one, but with the ability just for Gil-Galad?

It’s difficult to come up with useful new non-main Elves, but this one certainly has a nice ability.
