That’s unbelievably powerful. Might as well say "Exert an Elf and add to heal a Man." Which is amazingly powerful in its own right. Then you add on the token...comboed with Namarie or Elven Supplies...I would say, add a threat instead of the exertion, or something.
Um... what?  "Unbelievably powerful"? This is an event after all, and compare it to Inside a Song: this costs one more, and gives a heal to a Man instead of retrieving an skirmish event. That seems like a fair trade-off, and I’ve never heard anyone say that Inside a Song is "unbelievably powerful".
Maybe I’m missing something, so I’ll wait till another reviewer says that it’s "unbelievably powerful" to change it.
