Condition
Str +1
Bearer must be a rohan Man
At the Start of Each skirmish, you may transfer this condition to a rohan man.
At the end of each turn, if bearer did not win a skirmish this turn, return this condition to hand

Valiant
Eomer is strength +2 for eachwound on each minion he is skirmishing.

Hey, not bad. I like this whole idea...although this one is very abusable. It’s got a lot more freedom than the others.

| I don’t really like the rohan cards. Good job on the Rohan CG figuring it out. Eowyn doesn’t even let you start with Eomer. She only will cut down the cost in the fellowship phase. Riders of the Mark and Rorhirrim army and erkenbrand don’t even show up in that phase. She’d only make like eomer and theoden -2 and aragorn to negative -3 total. Yikes. I guess Haethan, but how much twilight is she really gonna save? |
