| My original plan was to add up which characters were selected most and they would in but I now see that that wasn’t the best idea ever. |

Basically here is how it goes. Choose 28 names from the below list and post the coresponding numbers below. On Wednesday I will add them up and the 28 characters with the most votes go in the set.

| I have calculated most the characters for the set but there is onecleft with several characters tied for it. I need you to pick one of Bilbo, Cirdan, Radagast, Smeagol, Lurtz, Ulaire Nertea, Grima, Shagrat and Gorbag. |

Honestly, Radagast...
He’s got 3 ’versions’ - Radagast, The Brown, Radagast, Tender of Beasts, and Radagast Deceived.
He’s got an artifact that can only be held by one version of him, a bag that’s not that good with him, and that’s it.
Except maybe Cirdan, who has 1 version and a ring that just as good with someone else, he’s the least represented, And he had more of an impact than Cirdan. |
