Wizards of the Coast’s tournament locator is an excellent resource for finding Magic: the Gathering tournaments in your area. Sanctioned MTG tournaments can be searched by format, date, and/or location.

You’ll also find links to lots of other information, from player ratings and rankings to instructions for becoming a tournament director yourself.
