One of the most potent cards to date dealing with the new Elrond signet is Master of the House from this set’s predecessor, Lasting Alliances. It gives the Elrond signet to each Elven companion, and then allows you to exert Elrond to make each companion with his signet strength +1. So basically, it lets you exert Elrond to make each Elven companion strength +1! Not too shabby, eh?

Well here’s something similiar. Especially when paired with Hold To Your Purpose (way down at the bottom of that page), this condition is potentially even BETTER than Master of the House. Very Happy Enjoy!

3With Good Hearts Elven
Condition • Support Area
While you can spot Elrond, each Ring-bound companion gains the Elrond signet.
While you can spot Elrond, each companion with the Elrond signet is resistance +1.
Regroup: Exert Elrond twice to heal each other companion with the Elrond signet. Discard this condition.
“‘For you do not yet know the strength of your hearts, and you cannot foresee what each may meet upon the road.’”

I’m guessing Elrond can have the Elrond signet, and so the last ability should heal each other companion. Other than that, it’s solid. Maybe should cost 3, but I’m not sure. Nice one.

With those three abilities I would definitely increase the cost to 3 (or drop one of the abilities).

At the start of each skirmish, you may exert an Elf to make a minion in that skirmish strength -2.
“‘You will hear today all that you need in order to understand the purposes of the Enemy. There is naught that you can do, other than to resist, with hope or without it.’”

0 Time for Speech and Merriment Elven
Event • Maneuver
Spot an Elf to reveal the top of your draw deck. If that revealed card is a Free Peoples card, take it into hand and heal a companion of that card’s culture. If that revealed card is a Shadow card, discard it and exert a companion.
“‘This is poor fare, for we are lodging in the greenwood far from our halls. If ever you are our guests at home, we will treat you better.’”

We’re getting close to the "main" Elf companion, who I’m a little surprised people haven’t asked about yet. *shrug* Stay tuned!

Overcosted. It’s not often you see a deck run with 4 cultures. And there’s plenty of shadow cards that can work against that. Maybe lower the initial cost, and make it "each minion" instead of "a minion." That, or increase the reduction to -2.
