| My friend has a splice onto arcane / spiritcraft deck. Does it count as playing an arcane spell twice if you splice one arcane on to another? I personally assumed it would only count as one, but you never know... |

| If you splice a spell, then you get it’s effects, but you never actually play it, since it’s still in your hand. So, yeah, it counts as playing only one spell. |
