The Free Peoples Cultures:
Jedi
New Republic
Rebel
Republic
Smuggler

The Shadow Cultures:
Empire
Gangster
Separatist
Sith
Yuuzhan Vong

And here are some house-keeping changes:
The Ring-bearer is called the Apprentice.
The fellowship phase is the alliance phase.
The archery phase is the crossfire phase.
Instead of being an archer, a character is ranged.
There are 2 new possessions: Starfighter and Vehicle.
Capital Starships are special conditions (like fortifications).
Instead of Ring-bound and unbound, I’m going with Destined and Undestined.
The Twilight Pool is called the Force.

New Keywords (Loaded and Unloaded):
Apprentice (Replaces the Ring-bearer)
Knight (Unloaded)
Shields X (Each time this character would take a wound, you may discard X cards of this character’s culture from hand to prevent that wound.)
Vacuum (Unloaded)

I’ll begin with RotS, and then work on the other movies later.
And, since I like the old site system more than this new one, here’s the site path for RotS:
1) Space above Coruscant
2) Invisible Hand
3) Crash Landing on Coruscant - Opera House
4) Utapau
5) Palpatine’s Office - Jedi Temple
6) Jedi Temple - Padme’s Apartment
7) Palpatine/Yoda Duel
8) Early Vader/Obi-Wan Duel
9) Ebb Vader/Obi-Wan Duel

Would it be possible to make some icons for my cultures? That would be neat. :mrgreen:

Here are your first two characters!

(4) •Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jedi Master (Jedi)
Companion • Human
Strength-8
Vitality-4
Resistance-8
Destined. Knight.
If Anakin is the Apprentice, each time Obi-Wan wins a skirmish, you may exert Anakin to remove a temptation.
Regroup: Discard 2 (Jedi) cards from hand to heal Obi-Wan.

(8) •Grievous, Supreme Commander (Separatist)
Minion • Cyborg
Strength-14
Vitality-4
Roaming-2
Damage +1.
Grievous may bear up to 2 hand weapons.
Each time Grievous wins a skirmish, you may exert him to make him fierce until the regroup phase.

Companion • Human

Knight.
While you can spot 2 other (Jedi) knights, this companion’s Force cost is -1. Response: If another companion is about to take a wound during the crossfire phase, exert this companion to prevent that.

2 Deflection (Jedi)
Event • Crossfire
Exert a (Jedi) knight to make the minion crossfire total -1 and the alliance crossfire total +1.

1 Jedi Youngling (Jedi)
Follower
Resistance +1
Aid - 2.
Each time you transfer this to a companion, you may discard 2 (Jedi) cards from hand to heal him or her.
Skirmish: Discard this to exert a minion skirmishing bearer.

3 •Yoda, Allied With the Force (Jedi)
Companion
Strength-10
Vitality-4
Resistance-9
Knight.
Yoda’s Force cost is +1 for each burden.
While Yoda’s resistance is 7 or more (or if he is bearing a lightsaber), minions skirmishing him lose all strength bonuses from weapons.

1 •Delegations to Rest (Jedi)
Condition • Support Area
To play, spot a (Jedi) knight.
Skirmish: Discard this condition to make a (Jedi) knight strength +1 for each card borne by him or her.
"’Are you threatening me, Master Jedi?’"

I figured the Jedi icon would be the symbol off the cover of the Jedi Knight video games, and then Separatist would be their logo.
While I’m at it...
New Republic: Their icon (the old Alliance symbol with added flares)
Rebellion: Not sure on this one. I don’t want all the icons to be symbols... so I suppose a snowspeeder or a lightsaber or something.
Smuggler: Han’s blaster
Empire: Definately their symbol
Gangster: The Mandalorian symbol
Sith: Force lightning?
Yuuzhan Vong: Thud bug

Yes, there is. But the Rebel symbol is a lot like the New Republic one, so I’d only want to use one of the two. Maybe I’ll use the Rebel icon, and then find some object for New Republic.

Bearer must be a (Jedi) knight.
Skirmish: Exert another piloting (Jedi) knight to make a minion skirmishing bearer strength -2.

("Piloting" is the same term as "mounted" in LotR.)

1 Synchronous Ballet (Jedi)
Event • Skirmish
Make a (Jedi) knight strength +1 for each piloting (Jedi) knight you can spot.

0 Through the Needle (Jedi)
Event • Skirmish
Discard a Free Peoples card borne by your (Jedi) knight to discard a card borne by a minion involved in the same skirmish.

2 Running Out of Tricks (Jedi)
Event • Regroup
Exert a (Jedi) knight to take a (Jedi) possession into hand from your discard pile.

1 Spring the Trap (Jedi)
Event • Skirmish
Add 2 threats and discard a (Jedi) card from hand to discard all possessions borne by a minion skirmishing a (Jedi) knight.

2•Lure of the Dark Side (Sith)
Condition
Plays on Anakin. Each time bearer wins a skirmish, the Free Peoples player must either exert him or add a burden. At the end of the regroup phase, either discard every other (Sith) condition or discard this condition.

And maybe change "burden" to "temptation", or something like that?
And what would be the equivalent of the Ring?

Hmm... Well. I was thinking of a more "themed" approach to sabers:

2 •Mace Windu’s Lightsaber, Amethyst Blade (Jedi)
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength +2
Lightsaber.
Bearer must be Mace.
Response: If Mace is about to take a wound during the crossfire phase, exert him to prevent that and exert a minion.

Each saber would show off one of the "neat" things a lightsaber can do. In this case, deflect.

And then hacking away at people:

2 •Luke’s Lightsaber, Hidden Weapon (Jedi)
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength +2
Lightsaber.
Bearer must be Luke.
At the start of each skirmishing involving Luke, each minion skirmishing him must exert.
Skirmish: Exert Luke and spot a minion of less strength skirmishing him to wound that minion.

And throwing sabers...

2 •Darth Vader’s Lightsaber, Dark Lord’s Device (Sith)
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength +2
Lightsaber.
Bearer must be Vader.
While skirmishing a character not bearing a lightsaber, Vader is damage +1.
Crossfire: Exert Vader and discard Vader’s Lightsaber to wound a companion twice (except the Apprentice). The Free Peoples player may add 3 threats to prevent this.

And dueling sabers...

2 •Count Dooku’s Lightsaber (Sith)
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength +2
Lightsaber.
Bearer must be Dooku.
While skirmishing a character bearing a lightsaber, Dooku is strength +2.
Skirmish: Exert Dooku to discard a possession borne by a character he is skirmishing.

Any more themes?
