I’d recommend thesaurus.com.
Sometimes you may have to branch out a bit, though -- don’t just type the words in the clue into the thesaurus, but think of your own synonyms or related ideas and type those in as well. |

gotcha... it was not about words i don’t know already, it was about getting all possible interactions at once, and trying the ones i had not think about yet...
