Okay, here’s what will probably be the final Balrog (and final ) card of the set, and it’s a doozy. Crazy-powerful, but hopefully reasonably balanced, too. Let me know what you think, and more specifically, let me know if there’s any way it can work as a non-unique card. Enjoy!
What An Evil Fortune!
Condition • Support Area
At the start of each maneuver phase, if you cannot spot The Balrog at a battleground or underground site, discard this condition.
Shadow: Exert The Balrog 3 times and discard this condition to spot a companion with resistance 4 or less. That companion cannot be assigned to a skirmish until the regroup phase.
Skirmish: Make a companion skirmishing The Balrog strength -2 (or -3 if he or she has resistance 4 or less). Discard this condition.
Regroup: Discard this condition to choose one: heal The Balrog up to 3 times; or remove to take The Balrog back into hand.

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

No way. I didn’t realize I was so huge until I actually posted it, but I’m loathe to take anything out. That’s what makes it a DREAM card, I s’pose. |

cut the skirmish ability it isn’t that good and then it would fit on a card. |

Yeah, take out one of the abilities, probably the skirmish one, but it’s nice and entertaining, and that’s all that matters!

I opted to keep all the abilities...like Thran said, it’s entertaining and that’s what’s important. But I did raise the cost to .
That’s it for ...thanks to all who reviewed! Next up... . |

but if you cut the
skirmish which is pretty bland it would actually fit!
