AS OF 8-15-07 at 10:54 AM CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME, THE FOLLOWING CARDS AND CARD COMBINATIONS HAVE BEEN BANNED OR RESTRICTED.

O i changed my mind on elven armaments. Its actually not that bad.
For what its worth i think that you HAVE to x frenzy of arrows and probably restrict namarie without voting as frenzy is clearly the worst abusive card out there still legal. |

Strange-Looking Men (y)
Freely Across our Land (Yes, thank you for the link for the combo..)
Perspective (?, powerful effect, but can be discarded, it has relative heavy cost, can not be used with full treats)
Destroyers and Usurpers (n)
Orkish Lackey (y)
Restricted List: (Only one copy of any of these cards may be used per deck)
Easterling Dispatcher (n, it keeps the possession count small)
Banned Combinations List: (Either card may be used in a deck, but both may not be used in the same deck)
Steward’s Legacy / Faramir, Captain of Ithilien (I would like errata, but otherwice ban Faramir)
Scouring of the Shire / Bill the Pony, Dearly Loved (ban Scouring of shire)
New Chapter / Erkenbrand’s Horn (Wrong cards, it should be Gamlins horn... I would errata, but ban the horn)
Troll’s Keyward, Keeper of the Beast / Any mount / (I would errata, or ban keyward... The bigger broblem is the wargs...)

Proposed X-listed Cards
Frenzy of Arrows- 3-4 (Ban this card... It is auto +4 archery card even without any free people followers. I would make it more expensive, so errata it, but too late... 8 twilight for 4 archery would be balanced cost... If you use yourself followers, bad to you...)
Proposed Restricted Cards
Ulaire Nelya, Third of the Nine Riders- 3-4 (no, it’s bad and borng card, but not worth of restricting)
Elven Armaments- 3-4 (If Freancy of arrows go, this can go... Ban)
Namarie- 4-3 (Y, or ban totally)
Proposed Banned Combinations

Someone else vote. After this round of voting, we’ll start with suggestions for banning/restricting, once we get 10 ideas or consensus calls a vote, we start voting again.
BTW, Freely Accross our Lands is part of an infinite strength loop for  , see this link.

And Erkenbrand’s Horn is the correct card, as it plays all your followers from the draw deck. Gamling’s Horn uses those followers to devastating effect in the skirmish phase. |

HOLY COW! Frenzy of Arrows didn’t get banned!
Seriously, people, this is a PPE card how?
Frenzy of Arrows is not banned for PPE format, and Elven Armaments is not restricted.
Any suggestions are now open as the voting has been completed. You may suggest a hitherto proposed card that hasn’t been banned, and also propose cards be removed from a ban/restricted list, or moved from one list to another.
I propose Frenzy of Arrows to be considered for the restricted list.
I propose Prized Lagan be considered for the X-list.
I propose Gil-Galad, High King of the Noldor be considered for the X-list.
Any more propositions?

Honestly, guys, if you complain so much about the Horns combo, you should keep Frenzy of Arrows around. It’s the perfect counter. Against any other deck, it’s not so bad. Besides, it’s not like archery is even a Teir 1 decktype as is...
