New members will be a bit hard to come by now that LotR is no longer produced and the Store side of CobraCards has closed shop. Just keep on selling the game to your friends and keep on playing and perhaps people will keep on coming around. |

Funny that you should say that, because my 20 year old step-son would like to join CC. I was playing a particularly interesting game on SDA the other day, and my step-son came over to see what I was doing. Finally, I had someone who would listen to me whittering on about LotR TCG! We talked about it for hours, and now he wants to play on SDA.
He’s a little shy about joining, though, because he doesn’t really know how to play the game and he doesn’t have any cards to trade. I’ve tried teaching him some of it, but there’s so much to remember (and I’m still learning too ) that I don’t know if it stuck. I guess I should help him make a deck and run him through a few games first! |
Trade With Me, I went to Middle Earth, and all I got was this stupid ring!
Veni, vidi, velcro - I came, I saw, I stuck around. |

Tell him one of the more prominent members just got his first cards like a month ago and still hasn’t played a game either. |

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

Yes true. But i do reccomend playing some matches between you 2 guys. It will help him learn the game and love it, plus you will get some nice training.
Apart from the fact that you will get much closer. Oh the wonders of LOTR TCG! |

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

Nope. I would just like my girl to ge obsessed with the same things as me. But i have made a lot of friends over the game, so i think it DOES get people closer. |

SDA is becoming the big thing, now. You can play LOTR with people all over the world now. This could attract a couple of new people to it.
BTW I like your avatar, Corvus. |
