If BoQ does not submit his entry, I will allow another person to grab his empty seat. Interesting, huh? Mr. Green

Once I receive Daín’s entry (provided that I do not get BoQ’s first), then I will post that a slot is available. Whoever submits their Shadow follower first will become the eighth contestant in Round 2.

But there is a catch: you must be a contestant that was eliminated in Round 1 to be eligible for re-entering, which narrows the list to:
