| Just wanted to confirm, Ranged Commander does/does not get the twilight reduction due to his text. Since the card does make all Uruk Archers -1, wouldn’t that make him 3 instead of 4 or does he have to be played and everyone ELSE after him is minus 1? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. |

I dont know if you want it explained or not OF but its because he is not in play for his gametext to have an effect. His text only works when he’s hit the table and since youre in the act of playing him when you want it to work it makes it invalid.
