Chuck Norris is defender +1 for each minion you can spot.
Chuck Norris is strength +2 for each twilight in the twilight pool.
Chuck Norris cannot be overwhelmed.
Chuck Norris cannot take wounds if you can spot a shadow condition.
Chuck Norris doesn’t sleep, he waits.

Possession • Belt
Strength +3.
Bearer must be Chuck Norris.
He is damage +1 for each companion, minion, and twilight you can spot.
Exert Chuck Norris to discard the top card of the opponents draw deck. If it is a shadow card, heal Chuck Norris.

9 Chuck Norris’s Full Glory [Norris]
Event • Fellowship
If you are in region 1, remove all the twilight, heal each companion 3 times, and make Norris +17 til the regroup phase.
If you are in region 2, you win the game.
If you are in region 3, your opponents lose the game.

I did this a while ago (making some adjustments on it)

(4)•Chuck Norris, Bringer of Pain[Chuck Norris]
Companion • Chuck Norris
Str • 7500
Vit • 2500
Res • 4
Enduring. Hunter 50. Twilight. Easterling. Southron. Corsair. Damage+24. Archer.
Chuck Norris is defender+X, where X is the number of minions on table.
While Chuck Norris bears the One Ring, he is resistance+1 for each burden you can spot.
At anytime, you may add a threat to double Chuck Norris’s strength for the remainder of the game. This threat is placed on your opponent’s dead pile.
You always have initiative.
Your move limit is +6.
Chuck Norris cannot put on The One Ring. The One Ring puts on Chuck Norris.
Archery: Exert Chuck Norris to wound a minion. If you are afraid to put a wound on Chuck Norris, don’t worry; the minion will still be wounded
Skirmish: Discard a minion.
