whoah wicked cool cards! i6t is hard ot review all these but.. alatar’s staff is overpowered so is 5 rods.
why did you not make saruman’s staff?
make cards from when gandalf uses his staff to kill orcs on minas tirith. |

 I forgot Saruman’s Staff....
 Curunir’s Staff, Symbol of Fallen Glory
Artifact-Staff
Strength +1
Vit +1
Bearer must be Curunir. He is Damage+1. Response: If a skirmish event is played, discard a spell from hand to cancel that event.
 Blows from Staff and Sword
Event-Skirmish
Make a wizard strength +2 (and wound a minion he is skirmishing if he bears a staff).
Burst of Light
Event-Maneuver
Spell. Exert a wizard bearing a staff to discard two shadow conditions (or you may discard every condition if you can spot an orc). |

I like every one except for burst of light way overpowered make ti one condition for sure or 2 if you can spot an orc |

Not too overpowered. Check out Sleep, Caradhras, and Grown Suddenly Tall. |

| yes, but this includes your own conditions as well, burst of light only discards 2 enemy conditions, none of your own. |
