| Gondorian Captain was X-listed because when used with Base of Mindolluin, you could cycle every Freeps card out of your deck, leaving only Shadow cards. |

hwo would that work I guess you could get rid of all your fortifications and if you had nothign else in the deck.. but still that doesn’t seem that good |

I think if they X-list one of those, they should X-list Madril, Defender of Osgiliath; Ranger’s Cloak and Ithilien Blade aren’t extremely overpowered on their own. |
