PSQ = Premier Series Qualifier
PSE = Premier Series Event

I can’t remember what a TOC is though.

We have tourneys in Colorado, but I’ve run unsanctioned tourney’s for the last few years. Everyone pays $5, I buy 1 box for losers to split, and use the remaining $20-$30 to buy a prize for the winner.

Umm no. When talking about LotR, TOC stands for Territorial Open Championship. They usually are held in April and May around the world and generally there is only one per state. The winner gets a Bye into day 2 of Worlds.

This year there were only about 25 TOCs in the world and the largest one only had around 20 people.

Another tournament type out there is the OotI or Order of the Istari. These replace PSQ’s as a mid level tournament that can be held locally since there isn’t a premiere series any more.

Try finding some with the Tournament Finder

If there aren’t any near you, you could sign up to be a Tournament Director (if old enough) and run them, otherwise, just try to get a number of friends together and play a few rounds.
