Ouch. Evil Men archery is better over all but Desert Lord can make archery a kick butt minion side. 
or you can just use slaked thirst to exhaust him in the maneuver phase so he is utterly useless  |

not if he has a seaonsed leader or 2 or 3 or 4 then you discard arrows from the south to make sure Durin and a couple other dwarves are exhauted plus fi he has a mumka on him you have a roughly24 strentgh fierce minion fighting an all exhausted fellowship. |
