Well, it is his site, and if you’re making someone give you money, to be used on his site, to participate in something like this, you probably ought to run it by him first, to make sure it’s okay that you are, in a sense "charging" to be part of a contest on HIS site... |

SIne you’re using his site to charge something, it should be run by him, yes. But otherwise, he DOES allow us to buy and sell cards from each other (another reason why he’s so great, the local Casrd Shop totally forbids any time of transaction involving money in the store), I don’t see why he’d have an issue with it. But better safe than sorry. (Or a dead ferret, for that matter! ) |

Moved to Dream Cards.
Members are certainly free to exchange cards, money, and/or store credit -- I have no problem with this.
However, I’m afraid I can’t allow any sort of contest with an entry fee; it could be considered "online gambling," and that’s on very shaky legal ground.
