Arwen, QoEaM could really add a nice punch to this deck. You could throw two of her in instead of Coif if you wanted to.

I’m building a similar deck in expanded (into the west rocks with gorn’s bow). Have you tried using Still Needed to get the top card to be elven?

Elrond, Witness to History is a better bet. Or Gandalf, Manager of Wizards works too.
