Armor states that the bearer cannot take more than 1 wound per skirmish phase. If the bearer has already taken a wound, he cannot be assigned any additional wounds during that phase.
Since Faramir’s skirmish ability states that wounding him is a cost for his action, you cannot perform his action if he has already taken a wound during that skirmish phase. |

Faramir, Bearer of Quality wearing Armor can’t use his ability multiple times during a single skirmish phase, for the reason Bib explained.
However, since each skirmish has its own separate skirmish phase, I believe you could still use Faramir’s ability multiple times in a turn -- once during Faramir’s skirmish, once during Aragorn’s skirmish, and so on. (Provided that you’re willing to place all those wounds on your Ring-bearer, of course.) |
